How to Find and Buy an Affordable Estate in California

A California auction site is offering to sell you an estate worth $1 million to buy if you have the cash to spare.

Auctions house, The Bancorp, has listed the estate for sale on its website for $1.5 million.

The site says it will sell the home in the San Fernando Valley.

If you can’t get it, you can ask the buyer for a “good faith” offer of $1,000 to $1 as a down payment.

A home is considered “intangible” under the California Uniform Commercial Code.

The code requires sellers to put it up for sale as soon as possible after the sale date.

It also requires buyers to give a copy of the sale contract, the buyer’s name, address, phone number, and the lot number of the home.

The site says if you can find someone who wants to buy the property, they’ll get a call and a date to pick it up.

It says a lot of buyers “don’t even know where the property is.”
