The first thing you’ll notice when you step into a new car dealership is the number of new cars on display.
And it’s not a coincidence that the dealership’s name is Quincy Auto Auction.
The Quinsys, or Quincy Auto Group, was founded in 1999, when Joseph Quincy, an auto dealer from Chicago, had his car collection taken by a car dealer in Indiana.
Quincy wanted to be able to sell a car and not have to worry about finding a buyer.
The business changed hands several times before Quincy finally sold the dealership in 2007 to John Quincy and his family.
Quincy, who has been in business for more than 40 years, told The American Conservatives, “This is the largest auto auction company in the world.”
Quincy, Quincy Auto Auction, and the Quinsy family were the first auto dealerships in the United States to offer an online auction site.
Now, Quincy’s dealership has more than 20,000 cars on offer, with more than 1,000 being in auction.
Here’s how to get your hands on the cars that will be on display for the first time in 2017.
1.
Go online to buy a car from Quinscy Auto Auctions The site’s search engine tells you that a car is up for sale by typing the word “autos.”
You’ll also see the term “autobid” or “automotive.”
When you search for a car that’s not in auction, Quinscies Auto Auction will provide you with a link to the auction house’s web site.
2.
Choose your car’s age You can look up a car’s estimated price with the car’s manufacturer or with the current market price.
You can also compare a car with other cars on the market.
3.
Find the best location Quinsity Auto Auction also offers the option of bidding for a particular vehicle.
You’ll pay a fee to bid on your car and then have the car automatically added to the bidding pool.
You may also be asked to pay a “bonus” if your bid is higher than the final bid.
A bonus is a percentage of the total bid.
If you’re willing to pay extra, you may also receive a percentage fee for your bid.
You have to bid as many times as you like during the bidding period, but you can still save money by using the special “Bid Increment” button on the auction site and then paying the extra fee.
4.
Sell the car in person After you submit your bid, Quinasys Auto Auction offers you a call to a Quinsusys dealership in Quincy, Indiana, where the car will be put up for auction and then shipped to you.
The cost of shipping is based on the vehicle’s approximate MSRP, and typically ranges from $1,500 to $3,000.
You will receive a shipping label with the vehicle that includes your shipping address and the delivery address of your vehicle.
Quinsions Auto Auction does not have an in-person location for the sale of a car.
5.
Prepare to make a decision on your purchase When you walk into the Quinasies dealership, you’ll be greeted by a manager.
“What do you want to do?
Bid?” he’ll ask.
You might want to make an offer for the car or for the seller, but he or she will likely have to approve your bid in order to make your purchase.
“Yes, I’m sorry, we will accept your bid,” the manager will say.
“How much do I pay for this car?” you may ask.
The manager will then ask you to “pay by cash or check” or by check or credit card.
You then may be presented with a form that asks you to provide a credit card number, a payment method, and your mailing address.
When you’re finished, you’re handed a receipt with a payment for the vehicle.
The salesperson will then confirm the payment by checking your credit card and mailing the payment to you within a certain time.
After your payment is confirmed, the salesperson may check your credit and debit card records and verify that your payment was received.
6.
Choose the best price Quinsies Auto Auction doesn’t sell cars at auction.
Instead, they auction off used cars, trucks, vans, SUVs, and small cars.
“A car is only as good as the condition of the original car,” Quincy said.
“The condition of a vehicle can be the difference between winning and losing a bidding war.
We try to give people a better deal on a used car, truck, or van than they’d get for an actual car.”
If you’ve been to a dealership and have found that the car that you’re interested in is a “truck” or an “exotic car,” you’re in luck.
“When you come into a Quinascy Auto auction, the car you want is on display,” Quincy told The Americans.
“They’ll let you browse the inventory,
